A message dated June 29, 2004, was received June 30 stating the                                     
Governor has signed the following bill and is transmitting the                                      
engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for                               
permanent filing:                                                                                   
                                                                                                    
      CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 51(HES)                                                                 
      "An Act requiring pharmacists to include generic drug information                             
      on containers in which brand-name prescription drug orders are
